I’m very pleased and proud to announce that ThreeSixty IT are currently residing as the guest blogger on the fantastic Dental forum GDPUK.com
This forum is used by thousands of Dentists. I have been a member there for years. (I just checked and I actually joined the site in November 2015). In that time I try my best to answer any questions posed by dentists with no ulterior motive, no expectation of any financial reward.
If you read the blog, please take a few minutes to read my biography! You will see that I talk about “paying it forward” and how I feel that after the help I received from certain members of the Dental community when they had nothing to gain by helping has instilled this in me.
They know who they are, but to name just a few, Simon Mills and Ben Starkie of SOE, Alberto Nevez or Kavo, Kevin of Acteon and Tracey or Clarke Dental. All have given up their time and took the trouble to help me out when needed. There are more, but these are the ones that stand out as always going that extra mile. (I even rang Simon Mills once at 8pm on a Sunday and he called back to help!)
I will always run my business this way, I may not have 2,000 clients (and I am sure I will never get there) but every client will get the dedication and support they deserve, I will not charge them outlandish fees for out of hours work (or even a fee for just turning on a PC). I will always see them as clients, important people that are coming to me for help. They will never just be a number on a balance sheet.
Anyway, that ran away with me a bit there, but I’m not changing it, I always feel my first effort is sometimes the best 🙂 the blog is all about the importance of backup to a Dental Practice and is now available to read at GDPUK, is the first in a series of blogs, the next one being all about “Antivirus”.
I hope you take the time to read it, and enjoy reading it. I would love some feedback on what you think if you have time.
If any of you do need some help, please just shout in this direction and either myself, or *itsIT will be around to help you!
